Key Details
This round rosewood coffee table belongs to Danish production from the 1960s, when even small furnishing accessories were designed with particular attention to wood quality and proportions. The circular shape softens the table's presence and makes it easy to place next to sofas and armchairs.
Rosewood is the true distinguishing element of the piece: the marked grain and natural variations of the surface create an ever-changing pattern, enhancing the simplicity of the form. The compact top makes it suitable for daily use as a surface for books, magazines or decorative objects.
With a diameter of just 50 cm, it is a versatile accessory even in environments where space is limited. It can be used individually next to a seat or combined with other tables to create a more dynamic composition.
A small example of Mid-Century Scandinavian design, where the strength of the material and a simple geometry are sufficient to define the character of the furniture.
