What currency are the prices shown on the website in?

All prices indicated on the website are final, expressed in Euros (€), and include VAT.

Shipping costs, when applicable, are clearly shown before the order is finalized and calculated based on the item's volume and weight.

Purchase and Payment Methods

Products can be purchased at the price indicated on the item pages, plus any delivery costs.

The customer can request – after full payment – that delivery be postponed and the furniture stored in our warehouse:

* free storage for the first month

* from the second month: €3.00 per day.

Accepted payment methods:

PayPal (both with account and with credit/prepaid card)

Payment and pickup at our warehouse

Payment must be made within 7 days of the order. After this period, the order will be canceled, and the item will be put back on sale.

The handling of payment data is exclusively entrusted to our payment service provider; STØV does not have access to card details.

Shipping, Pickup, and Storage

STØV ships within 3 business days of receiving payment. Any delays caused by the courier are not attributable to the company.

In case of an item damaged upon arrival, the customer is required to report it within 24 hours. Photographs may be requested to open a claim.

We use specialized logistics partners for the delivery of large furniture and furnishings.

When ordering, it is necessary to indicate if the address is located in restricted traffic zones (ZTL), difficult-to-reach areas, or smaller islands, as additional costs may apply.

The customer will be contacted within 7 business days of purchase to arrange delivery.

Important:

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the item can be transported through doors, stairs, elevators, and accesses.

Floor delivery and porterage services are available upon request (and prior quotation).

Standard delivery is at street level unless otherwise agreed.

I'm not satisfied with my order, can I return it? What if there's a problem?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. Return shipping costs are at your expense; once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on the returned package.
Note: if your package is already in transit, you must wait for it to arrive and then return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without any penalty! You must cancel it before it is shipped. If the item has already been sent, use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I entered an incorrect address, what should I do?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm the details. After verifying that the provided address is incorrect, please inform us by email at stovfurniture@gmail.com.
If the provided address is incorrect, we can change it to the correct one within 24 hours. No refunds will be issued after 24 hours of reporting the incorrect address.

In-person Pickup

Pickup at our warehouse must occur within 7 days of payment.

Beyond this period, a storage fee of €1 per day will be applied. If the total amount paid is exceeded, the order will be canceled.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we ship worldwide from various fulfillment centers, depending on your location. The average delivery time is 15-25 business days.

Delivery Instructions

We recommend providing a staffed address and a phone number that is always reachable.

The courier may leave a notice of passage in case of failed delivery.

For any issues related to shipping, you can contact STØV customer service at the email address provided on the website.

Shipments are made only after payment has been registered.

In the case of a bank transfer, credit may take 4–5 business days.
