Key Details
Compact and built on two levels, this bar cart features an open structure that allows everything to be within reach without taking up too much space. The upper shelf is for serving, while the lower shelf provides a second surface for bottles, glasses, or other items.
Rosewood characterizes the entire piece with a prominent grain and deep variations in tone, particularly visible on the horizontal surfaces. The vertical uprights define an essential structure, complemented by wheels that allow the cart to be easily moved between the dining area and the living room.
Typical of 1960s mid-century domestic culture, the bar trolley was conceived as a functional and mobile piece of furniture by definition. Today, it perfectly retains this use, but it can also become a small side table, a support for books and ceramics, or an element to place next to the sofa.
A piece of modern antiques where the function remains immediately legible and the character is mainly entrusted to the rosewood and the simplicity of the construction.
