Among Hans Wegner's vast production, the GE-375 belongs to the family of chairs that places comfort at the center of the design. Unlike some of his more rigorous and sculptural models, here the focus is primarily on the relationship between the teak frame and the large upholstered volumes, which almost seem to rest within the wooden frame.
