Key Details
Bring the charm of an old science classroom into your home with this original Swedish educational poster, a piece of authentic school antique. The artwork depicts with extraordinary scientific precision the anatomy of a fly (likely Musca domestica), with magnified details showing its wing and morphological structure.
Originally created as a teaching aid for Scandinavian schools, this poster stands out for the quality of its lithographic illustration and its natural colors on a neutral background. It is the perfect furnishing accessory for those who love the Eclectic, Industrial or Wunderkammer (cabinet of curiosities) style. It can be hung in a professional study, a creative living room, or a retro-style kitchen to add a cultivated and unexpected focal point.
Usually mounted on original wooden supports or canvas-backed to ensure its preservation over time.
Condition: The poster is in excellent vintage condition. As an item used in schools, it may show slight signs of age (patina, small creases) that certify its authenticity and lived history.
