Set of 4 Chairs – FDB Møbler (1960s)

Cod. SKU: 560 | H. 79 cm | L. 43 cm | D. 37 cm

Bring a piece of Danish design history into your dining room with this set of four chairs, designed by the celebrated Poul M. Volther in the 1960s for the FDB Møbler cooperative. It was born from the idea of adapting the classic English Windsor chair to minimalist Scandinavian taste, eliminating the superfluous to obtain a light, comfortable, and incredibly durable seat.

Spindle Back Design: The backrest is formed by slender wooden spindles that offer excellent ergonomic support while ensuring visual transparency that doesn't weigh down the environment.

Total Versatility: Thanks to their compact dimensions and clean lines, these chairs are perfect for a modern kitchen or a vintage dining room, or even mismatched as desk chairs.

Customization: The set is available in its restored wood finish (Teak/Beech), but the structure also lends itself beautifully to lacquering. As indicated: you can customize them in the color you desire to create a unique composition.

Authenticity: Each chair carries the manufacturing quality of FDB Møbler, synonymous with accessible and durable design.

Condition: The set is in excellent vintage condition. The structure is solid and stable. Any signs of age have been addressed during restoration to preserve the authenticity of the piece.
