Long, low, and almost monolithic: this sideboard by Clausen & Søn emphasizes the continuity of its surfaces. The teak runs along the top and wraps around the sides, highlighting the natural variations in the grain and the depth of its color.
The front is deliberately kept essential. The openings are discreet and integrated into the furniture's design, so the storage capacity remains visually understated. This choice allows the sideboard to have significant dimensions without giving the impression of excessive bulk.
The length of the top offers ample surface space: it can accommodate a display of ceramics, a lamp, books, and artworks, or be left almost empty to highlight the teak. It is a suitable presence for both the dining room and a large living room wall.
