Key Details
It is above all the color that defines this vase: an intense blue crossed by subtle black marks that run horizontally along its body. The lines are not perfectly regular and vary in thickness and distance, creating a design that enlivens the surface without covering it.
The shape starts with a narrow base, gradually widens at the top, and then narrows again towards the mouth. At 35 cm tall, it has a significant presence, enough to stand alone on a sideboard, table, or shelf.
The ceramic finish makes the blue react differently to light, appearing deeper or brighter depending on the viewing angle. The black, on the other hand, acts as a graphic element, emphasizing the shape and making the vase recognizable even from a distance.
A vintage 1960s accessory with a strong character, easy to pair with wood and mid-century furnishings, but also interesting within contemporary settings, especially when a distinct color is desired through a single object.
